How Consent Is Collected

No consent, no message. DishPatch's system is designed so that no SMS is ever sent without an affirmative verbal response from the customer during the recorded call. Silence, ambiguous responses, or any non-affirmative answer result in no SMS being sent.

Purpose
To send customers a one-time Stripe payment link after they place a food order via phone and provide verbal consent to receive an SMS.
Opt-In Method
Express verbal consent collected during a recorded inbound phone call to a DishPatch-powered restaurant. The customer must affirmatively say "yes" or clearly agree when asked by the AI agent. This page (dishpatch.io/sms-consent.html) is provided as supporting opt-in documentation.
Message Content
Transactional only. Messages may include: (1) a secure Stripe payment link for the customer's order, (2) a payment reminder if the link has not been completed within 5 minutes, (3) an order ready notification when the kitchen has completed the order, and (4) a pickup reminder if the order has not been collected within 15 minutes. No marketing or promotional content is included in any message.
Message Frequency
Up to 4 messages per order:

(1) Payment Link — sent immediately after the customer verbally consents during the call.
(2) Payment Reminder — sent once if the Stripe payment link has not been completed within 5 minutes.
(3) Order Ready — sent when the kitchen marks the order as prepared and ready for pickup.
(4) Pickup Reminder — sent once if the order has not been picked up within 15 minutes of being marked ready.

Not all messages will be sent for every order. Message frequency depends on customer action and order status. Message frequency may vary.

Standard message and data rates may apply. DishPatch is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent to your number. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Supported Carriers
All major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number is used solely to send the payment link for your specific order. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our full Privacy Policy.
Consent Records
All consent is documented via call recording retained for a minimum of 4 years per TCPA requirements.
